Interested in learning about the birds you see on your walks? Looking to identifying a few of those favorites? Join us at the Don Edwards Nature Center Visitor Contact Station (VCS) where Ceal Craig, who still considers herself an advanced beginner, shares how to identify birds, why they are important, and take a walk. You have have option to continue walking and find more. Come back to the VCS after your walk and share what you found!

Audience: Adults and Young adults

Accessibility Considerations:
* Parking is level with Visitor Contact Station.
* Ramps and single disabled parking; however, most parking has options for access from side.
* Disabled restroom access (limited; no handrails) inside the Visitor Contact Station.
* Picnic tables are only wheelchair access from ends.

Other Considerations:
* Driving Directions: We recommend using Google Maps to navigate to 1 Marshlands Road, Fremont, CA 94555.
* Restrooms will be available on-site in the form of an ADA-compliant portable toilet and hand-washing station.
* Bring a reusable water bottle to help reduce plastic waste.
